Pre-accounting is a process that can be almost fully automated, and in many companies it still runs by hand: pull invoices from the mailbox, read off amounts and tax rates, assign accounts, reconcile bank statements, assemble documents for the tax advisor.

We build systems that take this over — with one difference from the usual tools: every extracted figure stays traceable back to the original document, and anything the model is not confident about lands in a review queue rather than in a booking. An accounting system that guesses plausibly is worse than none.
